Steps from Beach: Prime Newport Beach Location

Excellent location for Newport beach for families or groups Positive: Plenty of space , 3 bedrooms, bunk beds in one room were double sized so good for adults. Well equipped kitchen , excellent location to the beach! Comfortable seating areas. Had laundry area but didn’t use. Negative: Nothing at all!

Perfect relaxing getaway Positive: The property was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of kitchenware and other amenities. Short walk to the beach Negative: Parking was tight especially when 2 vehicles were parked in the carport at the same time

Positive: This property was a short distance from the beach, like stated, everything was walking distance, including the grocery store, the beach and all the bars that are at pier Negative: We went during spring break, and there was quite some noise outside past curfew around neighborhood. Was not a problem for us and also not sure if it’s all year or just because it was spring break, all neighbors were friendly

Loved it! Definitely be back! Positive: Easy access, kind host, short walk to the beach! Everything was clean and accessible! Negative: Nothing!!

Positive: The check-in process was seamless. We were able to enter with the door pin provided in the email. We never had to worry about keys. The owner was always available to answer questions. Negative: We loved everything. No complaints. Can't recommend this place enough. Location was prime, literally a 2 block walk from Newport Beath
