Positive: The check-in process was seamless. We were able to enter with the door pin provided in the email. We never had to worry about keys. The owner was always available to answer questions.
Negative: We loved everything. No complaints. Can't recommend this place enough. Location was prime, literally a 2 block walk from Newport Beath
