Welcome to Blissful Escapes. By accessing or using our website (https://www.blissful-escapes.com) and/or booking one of our vacation rental properties, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any of our vacation rental properties, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are at least 25 years old.

2. Booking and Payment

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and acceptance of our rental policies.

Full or partial payment may be required depending on the property and booking channel.

Payments may be made via credit card, wire transfer, or through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, or HostAway.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on how the reservation is made. Please refer to the property listing or your booking confirmation for applicable terms.

For direct bookings through our site, cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will receive a partial refund.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or no-shows.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 11:00 AM

Check-out: 4:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to treat the property with care and to follow all house rules and posted guidelines.

No smoking is allowed inside any of the properties.

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing and pet fee is paid prior to check-in.

Loud parties, illegal activity, or behavior that disturbs neighbors may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Hot Tub Use

Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.

Please shower before use and do not use oils, soaps, or glass containers in or around the hot tub.

Misuse or failure to follow rules may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

7. Camera Disclosure

For safety and security, exterior front-facing cameras are installed on some properties.

These cameras monitor entrances and driveways only and do not record any interior or private spaces such as pools, patios, or hot tubs.

By booking, you consent to the use of such security measures.

8. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Blissful Escapes integrates with trusted platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and HostAway for added convenience and security.

If you book through a third-party site, the terms and conditions of that platform may apply in addition to those listed here.

Blissful Escapes is not responsible for any technical errors or miscommunications occurring through those platforms.

9. Damage and Security Deposits

Guests are responsible for any property damage, excessive cleaning needs, or missing items during their stay.

A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after checkout upon satisfactory inspection.

Any damage, violations of policy, or breaches of this agreement may result in loss of deposit and additional charges.

10. Limitation of Liability

Blissful Escapes and its property owners are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damages incurred during your stay.

You agree to hold us harmless for events outside of our control including weather, natural disasters, and utility outages.

11. Website Use

All website content, including images, logos, and property descriptions, is the property of Blissful Escapes and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Updates

Blissful Escapes reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
