Steps from Beach: Prime Newport Beach Location

Will be staying here again! Excellent host! Positive: Me and my family stayed at alex beautiful beach house in newport beach ca and had an amazing time!! The house was in perfect prime location close to all amenities the beach has to offer! Everything was clean inside the house and ready for us to stay. Alex was very responsive and answered all questions! He is a very excellent host and i recommend his rental property to anyone looking for a fun vacation!

Excellent location for Newport beach for families or groups Positive: Plenty of space , 3 bedrooms, bunk beds in one room were double sized so good for adults. Well equipped kitchen , excellent location to the beach! Comfortable seating areas. Had laundry area but didn’t use. Negative: Nothing at all!

Perfect relaxing getaway Positive: The property was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection of kitchenware and other amenities. Short walk to the beach Negative: Parking was tight especially when 2 vehicles were parked in the carport at the same time

Positive: This property was a short distance from the beach, like stated, everything was walking distance, including the grocery store, the beach and all the bars that are at pier Negative: We went during spring break, and there was quite some noise outside past curfew around neighborhood. Was not a problem for us and also not sure if it’s all year or just because it was spring break, all neighbors were friendly

Loved it! Definitely be back! Positive: Easy access, kind host, short walk to the beach! Everything was clean and accessible! Negative: Nothing!!
